An attempt stays an attempt.
Payment attempted.
You record that the form was submitted. Its status becomes Attempted; the outstanding amount stays $125.
Evidence recorded.
You observe a $50 confirmation and attach its evidence. Status becomes Partial, with $75 remaining. A mistaken confirmation can be voided with a reason.
Bills tracks the records you supply. It does not submit payments or independently verify what a confirmation document claims.

Know what stays local.
Windows x64 local desktop conversations. Records use current-user Windows encryption. Sources and confirmation files stay in their selected locations; Bills saves their paths and hashes. It does not read your inbox, OCR documents, check bank balances, make payments or schedule reminders. The user or assistant supplies and checks the evidence. Up to 3,000 bills, 30 sources and 100 attempts/confirmations per bill. Keep credentials and full payment-card or government identity numbers out of records.
ArkheOS hosts this page and the download. Your tool records stay on your computer. Information returned to your AI becomes part of that conversation.
